SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to the Netherland, Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg.

We offer free shipping for all orders over €100

We ship all orders with the package service of PostNL. All packages receive a track & trace code.

We will do our utmost to ship your order immediately after we have received your payment. If your product is in stock, average delivery timing is 5-7 days.

If a product is out of stock and delivery will take longer than promised, we will inform you about this.

If we can no longer deliver a product you ordered, we will offer you a comparable alternative (if you accept it) or we will pay you back.

Within 14 days after purchase, you can return the ordered product.

If we would deliver a wrong product by our mistake, we will fix it. 

<Return Policy>

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Sale items are not refunded.

Your item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase, and you need to provide us with your bank account number.

 

<Refunds>

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

Art Trade B.V will transfer the credit within a 14 days.

 

<Shipping>

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
